Our Social Hall comfortably accommodates up to approximately 80 guests for our riser system performances, 120 guests for seated events and up to 150 guests for standing room.

The Social Hall is the venue’s main event space featuring historic Art Deco details, bar area, and flexible layout options. It is ideal for weddings, corporate events, private parties, fundraisers, performances, and celebrations.
The Flex Space is a versatile additional room that can be used for smaller gatherings, breakout sessions, rehearsals, vendor areas, workshops, green rooms, VIP spaces, or event extensions.
The spaces can be rented individually or combined depending on the size and needs of your event.

Once we learn more about your event details, guest count, preferred date, and event needs, our team will provide availability, pricing information, and next steps. Your date is officially reserved once the rental agreement is signed and the required deposit has been received.

A deposit is required to secure your event date at The Savoy Denver. The deposit amount is 50% on your rental costs upon contract signing.
Our team will provide a complete proposal outlining rental costs, payment schedule, and booking requirements after reviewing your event needs.

Final payment is due no later than 2 weeks prior to your event date. The Savoy Denver provides a payment schedule during the booking process so clients know exactly when payments are due.
Our events team works with clients throughout the planning process to ensure all payments, event details, and final arrangements are completed before the event date.

The Savoy Denver’s cancellation policy is based on the timing of the cancellation in relation to the scheduled event date. Because each event date is reserved exclusively for a client and requires advance planning, staffing, and preparation, cancellation fees apply as follows:
180+ days (6 months or more) before the event date: Clients may receive a 50% return of the Deposit Fee.
91–179 days (3–6 months) before the event date: The full Deposit Fee is forfeited.
0–90 days (within 3 months) before the event date: The client forfeits 100% of the Total Venue Rental Fee and any requested ancillary services.
