Synopsis

An unforgettable feast to bid farewell to the year and welcome the new! Dress in your finest velvets, silks, and suedes. Live music performances by Kayla Rae, Trinity Scales, & Mars Garber.

Appetizers

  • Beef Tallow Chip - Crisp tallow-fried chip topped with crème fraîche, caviar and chives.

  • Soul Cupcake - Sweet potato cornbread filled with black-eyed pea whip and finished with collard green gumbo.

Salad

  • Winter Garden Salad - Mixed greens, shaved fennel, roasted butternut squash and ruby grapefruit with brioche croutons and pomegranate vinaigrette.

Main Course

  • Smoked Prime Rib - Slow-smoked and carved to perfection, served with red wine demi-glace.

  • Sea Bass en Papillote - Delicately steamed with aromatics, finished with champagne beurre blanc.

  • Maple-Glazed Carrots - Oven-roasted and tossed in a light maple reduction.

  • Roasted Broccolini - Truffle vinaigrette and crispy shallots.

  • Garlic Mashed Potatoes - Silky potatoes infused with roasted garlic and butter.

  • Dinner Rolls - Warm, house-baked rolls served with whipped butter.

Dessert

  • Chocolate Pot de Crème - Decadent chocolate custard, topped with gold dust, chocolate curls and vanilla bean whipped cream.
